Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By using our online pharmacy clinic, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Radstock is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Radstock, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss treatment and prescription services to eligible patients.

All prescriptions issued through our service are written by a registered prescriber following a clinical review of your submitted information. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team and are not guaranteed.
You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescription or medication issued to you. Providing false or misleading information to obtain a prescription is a criminal offence. We reserve the right to withdraw prescribing services at any time if we have concerns about patient safety or honesty.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details on our systems. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. You are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery address is provided. We are unable to re-dispatch medications lost due to an incorrectly provided address without a new charge.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, as medications cannot be re-sold once they leave our pharmacy in accordance with UK pharmaceutical law.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
